What Personal Information Do We Collect?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including arranging for shipping and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).
Please note that we do not process your payment information directly. All payments are securely handled by our third-party payment provider, Stripe.
Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
– Communicate with you;
– Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
This website uses the Google AdWords remarketing service to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site, for example using the contact form to make an inquiry. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, or a site in the Google Display Network.
Starting May 15, 2017, customers who have chosen to enable Google to associate their web and app browsing history with their Google account, and to use information from their Google account to personalize ads, may receive cross-device remarketing advertisements. This means that Google Analytics will collect Google-authenticated identifiers associated with the customer’s Google Accounts (and therefore, personal information). Google Analytics will temporarily join these identifiers to Google Analytics data gathered on this website to show advertisements it considers relevant to the customer.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the Divine Saunas website. Of course, any data collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
You can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Preferences page, and if you want to you can opt out of interest-based advertising entirely by cookie settings or permanently using a browser plugin.
