Product: Aluprof Profiles (MB-79N US, MB-79N, MB-59 SLIDE) with Energy-Efficient Triple Glazing

For this private house the glazing solution utilized Aluprof profiles in three variations:
• MB-79N US – Windows with hidden sash (creating a seamless appearance where both the fixed and operable parts look identical from the outside).
• MB-79N – An updated window system, used for balcony doors, as the hidden sash does not allow for the installation of an exterior handle.
• MB-59 SLIDE – A lift-and-slide system, not the warmest in the Aluprof line but suitable for the climate in Valencia.

Project details:

Special attention was given to the glazing, considering the climate in Valencia, which enjoys 320 sunny days per year with intense sunlight. To combat this, triple-glazed units were installed, with the inner pane being energy-efficient, and the outer pane featuring 6mm TSC Neutral 62/44 solar control glass. This glass offers excellent protection while maintaining clarity, allowing sunlight to enter without darkening the view, even under bright sunny conditions.

The final solution ensures comfort and energy efficiency while delivering an aesthetically pleasing result for the residence’s three floors.
