The skylight is constructed on a robust steel frame, designed to exceed local DSTU strength standards by threefold. This framework supports a mullion-transom roofing system engineered to withstand substantial snow and weather loads independently. The insulated glass unit features triple-glazed panels (double-chambered) with each layer tempered and laminated for enhanced safety, offering both SunProtect and energy-saving functionalities.

This configuration provides blast resistance comparable to a 350 mm reinforced concrete wall and is certified fire-resistant with an EI 60 rating, ensuring over 60 minutes of fire containment.
