Description
The Harvia Xenio CX170 is the control unit the KIP series is built around. The KIP W heaters ship without any controls on the unit itself, so this panel is what actually runs the sauna — it is not an optional upgrade.
It mounts inside or outside the sauna room and gives you the full set: on/off, target temperature from 104–194 °F, run time, and a pre-set start up to 12 hours ahead, so the room is ready when you are. Wi-Fi adds the same control from your phone — useful in practice for starting the heat on the drive home rather than waiting the 30–40 minutes once you arrive.
The box includes the panel, the temperature sensor and the power unit. One note worth catching before install: if your heater already came with a sensor, fit that one following the heater’s manual rather than the one in this box.
