Description
The Narvi installation base lets the stove stand on a wooden or paved floor rather than on a purpose-built hearth. Black rustproof steel, 21.7 in W × 24.4 in D (55 × 62 cm), with legs adjustable between 2.8 and 3.7 in (7–9 cm).
The adjustable legs are the useful part: sauna floors are laid to a drain and are therefore rarely level, and a stove that sits out of plumb loads its door and its stone bed unevenly. Where a floor plate protects the surface, the base lifts the firebox to a comfortable loading height.
