Power extension unit for Harvia Xenio CX30 and CX45 controls. Required when the heater draws more than the control itself can switch — Club K12.5G and K15G, Virta Pro HL160E and HL200E. Control and heater sold separately.

Category: Product ID: 50796

Description

A sauna control switches the heater’s load itself, up to a limit — 7 kW on a Xenio CX30, 10.8 kW on a CX45. Above that the control still runs the sauna, but the current has to pass through a separate power unit. That is what the LTY45 is.

You need it if you are pairing a Xenio control with a Club K12.5G (12.5 kW), Club K15G (15 kW), Virta Pro HL160E (16 kW) or Virta Pro HL200E (20 kW). Below those outputs it is not needed.

It installs outside the sauna room in the technical space alongside the control’s own power unit, and it is wired by an electrician as part of the heater installation. It changes nothing about how the sauna is operated — the panel behaves exactly the same.

Features

  • Extends a Harvia Xenio CX30 or CX45 control beyond its own switching limit
  • Required for Club K12.5G, Club K15G, Virta Pro HL160E and HL200E
  • Installs in the technical space outside the sauna room
  • No change to how the sauna is operated — the panel works the same
  • Wired by an electrician as part of the heater installation

Do I Need This?

Yes — if your heater is Club K12.5G (12.5 kW), Club K15G (15 kW), Virta Pro HL160E (16 kW) or Virta Pro HL200E (20 kW) and you are using a Xenio control.

No — if your heater is 10.8 kW or under (all Cilindro, Spirit, Virta HL, Club K10G). The control switches that load on its own.

If you are unsure, check the kilowatt figure on the heater’s rating plate and compare it against the control’s maximum output listed on its own page.
