Description
A sauna control switches the heater’s load itself, up to a limit — 7 kW on a Xenio CX30, 10.8 kW on a CX45. Above that the control still runs the sauna, but the current has to pass through a separate power unit. That is what the LTY45 is.
You need it if you are pairing a Xenio control with a Club K12.5G (12.5 kW), Club K15G (15 kW), Virta Pro HL160E (16 kW) or Virta Pro HL200E (20 kW). Below those outputs it is not needed.
It installs outside the sauna room in the technical space alongside the control’s own power unit, and it is wired by an electrician as part of the heater installation. It changes nothing about how the sauna is operated — the panel behaves exactly the same.
