The UKU Extension Box is the contactor box that sits between a UKU control and a large HUUM heater. Any UKU control — Classic, Wood, Glass, Mirror or Gold — handles heaters up to 11 kW on its own; from 12 kW and above (HIVE 12, 15 and 18) this box is required and is not optional.
If you are buying a HIVE 12, 15 or 18
Add this box to the order alongside the control unit. Without it the control cannot switch the heater’s load.
