We monitor every stage, from selecting raw timber to final assembly, ensuring consistent durability, refined finishing, and long-lasting performance in every sauna.
What is Thermally Modified Wood
For our saunas, we use thermally modified wood (TMD), timber that undergoes heat treatment without chemicals. The process involves slowly “baking” the wood in a kiln at 415 F for 5 days.
- Increased strength and stability of the wood
- Enhanced resistance to decay and moisture
- Reduced tendency to warp or shrink
- Beautiful natural appearance preserved for decades
Single-Wall TMD Construction
This is a single-wall sauna built entirely from thermally modified wood (TMD). The single-wall design keeps the structure light, clean and fast to assemble, while TMD delivers the durability, moisture resistance and rich natural look that last for decades.
Panel (Modular) Assembly
The sauna is assembled from ready-made vertical panels that simply stand up and connect together. It is not built board by board like most competitor kits. Assembly is predictable and hassle-free, with no sawing or planing required.
Panoramic Window
A large double-glazed panoramic window fills the interior with natural light and opens the view to your garden, while the insulated glazing keeps the heat inside.
Interior Lighting
Soft LED lighting adds a warm, relaxing atmosphere and highlights the natural wood.
