Description

The F-2 is the stripped-back sauna controller of the range — no timer, unlike the F-2T: an on/off switch, a thermostat and the light controls. In a commercial sauna that is what you want — the run schedule belongs to a time clock in the plant room, not to a dial guests can reach.

It is the third piece of a three-part set: F-2 control + time clock + FX contactor. Pick the clock for your heater series — 24HTC-T104 or 24H7D-1725 for FIN, 24HTC-T101 or 24H7D-1705 for Club and Virta — and the contactor for your supply.

Please note: Finlandia specifies the time clocks for commercial installations with an attendant on site — not for unattended home use.

Which Finlandia Control Do I Need?

Finlandia’s analog controls are modular: the wall control does the thinking, and on anything
above 6 kW (or on three-phase power) a separate contactor does the switching. Here is every
combination that works.

FIN series heaters

  • FIN-45 or FIN-60, 240V single-phase — F-1T control on its own. Nothing else to buy.
  • FIN-80, 240V single-phase — F-2T control + FX402 contactor.
  • Any FIN at 208V three-phase — F-2T control + FX303 contactor.
  • Wi-Fi and remote preheat — Harvia Xenio CX170, a single unit
    that covers every FIN model with no contactor.
  • Commercial, attendant on site — F-2 on/off control + a time clock (24HTC-T104
    mechanical 24-hour, or 24H7D-1725 digital 7-day) + the matching FX contactor.

Club and Virta series heaters

  • 240V single-phase — F-2T control + FX404 contactor.
  • Commercial — F-2 control + 24HTC-T101 (24-hour) or 24H7D-1705 (7-day) + FX404.

Shipping

Controls, contactors and time clocks ship by parcel carrier, separately from a heater or together with it. Wiring must be done by a licensed electrician, following the heater’s installation manual and local code.
